Default Scandinavian property

Before anyone asks, this shouldn't be in the property forum, as it's an investment.

Has anybody had any dealings with the company?

20% guaranteed seems a pretty good deal, especially when your moneys are secured against land?

Default Re: Scandinavian property

I'm always very wary about "guaranteed" returns with property.

It would be so easy to offer the guarantee, and not honour it, either through obfuscation, or even disbanding the company once sales targets have been met.
