Default Shares Issued

Hi Folks,

How can I find the accurate figure of the shares issued (and totally diluted value) from a companies annual report. I know this information must be in the report but I just can't consistently find it across a few reports.

I want this so that I can recreate the analysis that sites like www ft dot com (can't post links as I'm new here) provide for a company.

thanks,
Martin.

Default Re: Shares Issued

A simple way to get that info is via a site like Google Finance, which provides info on number of shares issued as well as market cap, ie:

RBS - Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc - Google Finance
