Default Should I or Not? -Conclusion

Its been a while since I last posted on this forum, I'm not sure if anyone recalls me looking for advice on the investing in wine but here's what I got. I'm working with a wine broker at the moment, and he has recommended some wines which he says are good performers in the market. I've chosen to stick with the Lafite, but haven't bought any yet. I'd like to know which vintage would you guys recommend? I'm looking at the 08' and 09..are there better vintages than these?

Hi Peter, I'm not sure if you have spoke with the broker I use as yet. Before I invested in the wine market I spoke to 3 brokers just to make sure there was a trend to what they thought was a good wine to invest in.

From what I have learnt, the 09' vintage had been scored really high from Robert Parker and this caused prices to soarin a short period of time which put me off as it makes me think I may have missed the boat on that one.

Regards,
