Default Springbok development Limited

Hi,
My first post, and would like to ask if anyone has heard of Springbok Developments Limited or Springbok Finance Group. I got a call off a guy who wants me to invest in their Ecologgia Segregated Portfolio Fund which he says is investiging in Ecologgia Leisure Hotel and Third-age residensial development, Turtle Cove five start luxury hotel and residensial villa complex, seychelles, Golden Mile Development Great Yarmouth. I dont mind taking a gamble with my money, but I dont want to get scammed either. You input and thoughts would be great.
Thanks, Barry.

Never heard of them but I think that old maxim is relevant here - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. It sounds like a South AFrican name, maybe you should ask them where they're based and then call the authorities and ask for credentials.

I haven't heard of them either!

Generally speaking you should get an address and phone number. Company History and look them up on the net!

As Gilli said you nned some sort of credentials before going ahead and parting with your money as you never do know!

Maybe mention that you want your lawyer to look over blah blah and see how they react????

I think you should check on companies house and investigate the company make sure you fully understand them before you invest anything.

I think there is still a lot of different opportunities out there if you are looking to invest, so don't just go with the first thing you see investigate different paths. Have you thought about property, I am a property investor and have found good returns in this kind of investment.

No one should be cold calling you with an investment opportunity - and if they are, it's safe to presume they are a boiler room scam.

Basically, you hand your money over, you never see it again, and all you have to show for it is junk.

They did guarantee me 10% which I thought was fair, I received 14.27% to be exact, although my broker said he could make me over 30% gains. They're a safer more reserved investment though i'd say, similar to ''boring bonds'' I withdrew my money after 3 months to take part in the gold rebound.

If your into guaranteed safe gains, this is a decent representation of what the investment markets give out, if you like risk and want to make a million or five try day swing currency.
