Default Starbucks

Was anybody lucky enough to buy Starbucks stock in 1992? It's up 6000% since then!

Hell, that's a growth - but Starbucks is one of those unique companies that managed to package a business different. They are often quoted in Kotler's "Marketing Management" for their marketing strategies.

When Starbucks first came out, it was run terribly. They always had long lines and it seemed customer service was a foreign word to them. Goes to show you: It's never too late to make changes.
