Re: Stock broker
my advice to you would be do A levels then go to uni and do a degree preferably in economics or business finance then you can apply to investment banks at entry level you will have to do two qaulifications the fsa reg and the securities but these dont take long to do about 3 months you can leave school with no qaulifications and work in a small cap brokerage but the one's who work in the investment banks are the brokers who earn the really big dosh. Brokers earn about 20,000 basic and then they recieve commision on the deals they do and some places pay qaurterly bonusses. A good broker can expect to earn between £200,000 and over 2 million a year but its not for the faint of heart takes dedication and a serious will to succeed over your competition. If i were you i would definately go to uni and do a degree then you will be about 22, brokerages dont hire school leavers usually so you will have to do something for a few years either way.
