Default The Bright King bet

Hi everybody! I am writing with a specific question because of a bet.

Do you think financial course will help you improve your investment techniques?
I mean, I am a small investor with a finance universtiy degree. A friend of mine is also investing. However, his market performance improved greatly after he passed a course i some school. I doubt that he learned more than he already knows therefore and Im trying to explain to him-he's just beeing lucky.

So do you think this so-called finance courses are really efficient?

I will appreciate if recommend me some so I can see what are they really about. I know my friend did a course at The Bright King. Have you heard this school before? Is there anybody that knows this school cause google can't find it? I just know that they are located at Dublin city centre.
I dont wanna loose, if I loose the bet I have to shave my head,G!

In theory, certainly it should be helpful.

However, I seem to recall the FT reporting on a study that pitted fund investors making researched choices vs chimps choosing stocks randomly. Guess who won?
