Default The Mortgage Economy..

As we know, mortgae lending is on the rise again and this is good news for the poor struggling consultant eager to make his or her mark on the salesboard but whilst the market is rising it will certainly fall.

Economics alone will not allow the constant increase in the cost of properties, after all at the current rate how many people cant afford a first time mortage?

So lets enjoy the roll on lending until once again its all hands to the wheel when the decline steps in once more.
