Default The Pru's reattrbiution, does anyone know..

Hi,
I have a with profits policy maturing late 2008. I obviously would like to benefit from any reattribution but have a nasty feeling it will happen after my policy matures.
Do I miss the boat?

I've got to admit, I'm not too up on reattribution at present, but from where I've seen the term mentioned most recently, it's been with regards to Norwich Union and Prudential.

Both of which have given some consumers the impression that they're trying to avoid FSA rules which require companies to review their IE's annually and distribute any surplus 90:10 in favour of policy holders, and effectively grab the cash directly via "reattribution".
