Default Trading

Ok people, i dont like the trading thing (way too tedious) so i want to invest my money in a company that i can trust. i wanna get a good interest rate...nothing less than 4% and i want to be able to make withdrawals without any penalties and also be able to take my money out without any penalties. Anyone know of a company that could give me such a rate?

P.S. i dont want a company that have been around for awhile...i want to know that they are experienced and know what they are doing so that i know i can trust them.

If you look for something that low just put your money into a money market account.

I have to disagree. Mutual Funds are not risk free.
