Thanks for the references - curious, though, the PT Club refers to "This Bank" rather than gives any names?? Theta World doesn't give names either, but does suggest it canvasses a number of banks.

In either case, if you're a UK citizen looking for a US bank accountant, I would certainly recommend you ask them first about a dollar account/ US bank account and see if they can provide you with one.

That way, you can avoid set-up fees via third-parties, and also avoid any complications involved in them forwarding confidential information to you regarding such bank accounts.

It seems that after browsing the links I have gotten, I still can't open a US bank account because of the many requirements that they are having and the funds that they are requiring.
