Default Utilization

One thing about credit ratings that many people do not know is utilization. The less you are using of your available credit, the lower (and better) your utilization is. So, if you are applying for a loan, the fastest way to get some good credit points is to make payments on any outstanding balances (so balances are under 10% of current credit limit).

The best way to make money to pay off bills is to make money when you are sleeping and to have many different forms of income.

Thats hard to do unless you own a business, wether online or offline. However, having multiple income streams lets you put some extra money off into a savings account.

The best way is to make the money work for you. I have learned this recently. Though I am a graphic designer, I have discovered I have a knack for stock market trading..and I am making money at it! Sure helps when I am freelancing.
