Default what do you need to start a bank??

what exactly do you need to start a bank? is it just a company registered with fsa and a liscence to lend money?

I saw the title of this thread and thought Id pop in and see what was going on!

I had no idea that anyone with enough money could go about starting a bank! Obviously you would need to get through all the legal jargon but wow! Shame I dont have a stash or I would sure be up for that! Haha!

So monkeyrat are you thinking of starting a bank?
