Which? has nice sentiment but in the commercial world banks are primarily there to help themselves and greed is a basic aspect of human nature, that is not going to change, one thing that can be done is to impose constraints on the way banks behave, tighten up on their the codes of conduct and give the banking ombudsman some real power
