With the 2012 olympics and the launch of FTTC and FTTP BT is in my opionion a good share to buy. It is dipping due to pension fund but will not dip too much further so now is probably the soundest time to buy, I can imagine next year the shares doubling and 2012 (21CN roleout in UK coupled with major Olympic marketing) who knows - if you were lucky they were 65p not too far back amazing considering the highs of £15 a share
