Post Yorkshire reduces fixed-rates

Yorkshire Building Society has reduced the costs of its fixed-rate mortgages with 60% and 75% loan-to-value (LTV) ratios.A two-year fixed-rate home loan at 60% LTV is now available from 3.69% with a fee of £495.
