I will be closing ALL accounts with them this weekend after over 10 years of their services getting steadily worse. Now, I can't even speak to anyone at my local branch and just phone an automated system. Their practices are immoral - they push credit cards to students even thought the 'financal advisor' said it was interest free, it turned out there was a clause to exclude people with a student bank account. They increase my overdraft just to get me deeper in and dont give a toss. HSBC are the worst bank I’ve EVER dealt with.
