Aviva Customer Experiences

For the most part, Aviva customers are very satisfied with the service.

Many are won over by the low price of the premiums, which remain competitive upon renewal.

Others are pleased with the level of customer service, which they report can be both friendly and helpful on a good day. Helpline staff have a wide knowledge of the products they are selling.

Other customers are pleased with how easily the initial signing up process was and how relatively quickly claims are processed from start to finish.

However, some complaints are reported with this service, though most of these seem to relate to claims that are complicated in some way.

Overall Review for Aviva Car Insurance

Overall, Aviva receives far more praise than complaints, and with a competitive package on offer it has to be one to consider for your car insurance cover.

Whilst the process might not be smooth or satisfactory for everyone, it appears that only the most complicated claims stumble across this problem.

Generally speaking, Aviva has one of the better records of support, and offers both competitive pricing and yet maintains good customer care levels, and therefore can be a very good option for car insurance.

  4. Aviva car insurance – could get a good quote but can find no way of accepting it and going to the next payment stage. Now given up – there must be something on my virus checker that prevents the payment section presenting itself.
