In general, the most common complaints refer to the length of time taken to have a claim processed, which is actually fairly common among home insurers.

Others complain that the cost of the service is not competitive, not least for renewal costs that can be higher than most expect.

  1. AVIA recently bought out our policies and since August 2009 I can not get a reply from them that ithenhad to make it a complaint! of which they should reply within a certain period and have not?!!!.

    I am wasting a lot of time on this so will have to take it up with the Insurance Omnibusman
