Aviva Life Insurance

Norwich Union life Insurancequote

Aviva is the fifth largest insurance group, and the largest insurance services provider in the UK.

They are the leading provider of life and pension products in Europe, with over 45 million customers worldwide.

Aviva offer the following benefits with their life insurance policies:

- Cover for up to £500,000
- Premiums for as little as £10 a month
- A period of cover to suit you
- Premiums that are guaranteed to stay the same
- £15 worth of Marks and Spencer gift vouchers after three months of cover

Aviva cover is offered in two ways:

- A fixed term life insurance
- Decreasing life cover, where the amount of cover decreases year on year in line with a standard repayment mortgage.

Aviva Customer Experiences

Aviva generally has one of the better reputations for support among insurance providers.

For many customers, there is an overall feeling of satisfaction with the life insurance product. Some report that the premiums are relatively cheap, the signing-up process is quick and easy and the helpline staff are friendly and efficient.

Others are pleased with how quickly claims were processed and the feeling of a burden being lifted during the time of bereavement.

However, other customers complain of bad experiences with their cover. Perhaps the most common complaint is that the medical procedure prior to the policy being approved is time-consuming and frustrating.

Overall Review for Aviva life insurance

Overall, Aviva receives far more praise than complaints, and with a competitive package on offer it has to be one to consider for your life insurance cover.

However, it seems that in complicated cases – most often those involving terminal illnesses – the process might not be smooth or satisfactory.

Despite this, Aviva has a generally solid reputation for customer care in the insurance industry, which is often met by reasonably competitive quotes.
