| September 27, 2007 | 0 Comments

Direct Line is to launch some new commercial insurance policies so small businesses will soon be able to benefit. The policies are to be sold through the umbrella brand Direct Line for Business and are aimed at sole traders and partnerships which are owned by those who also manage their businesses.

Shop insurance, tradesman insurance, residential and commercial property insurance are also part of the new policies.

Those who purchase a product before the end of January 2008 will benefit from 2 separate launch offers, one being a fixed premium for 2 years and the second is the option of paying by monthly instalments at no extra cost.

A spokesperson for Direct Line said they are one of the UK’s leading car and home insurers and the introduction of these new products will be advantageous for small businesses.
Direct Line also provides travel and pet insurance.
